Community Impact:

Tahoe Prosperity Center (TPC) is an innovative economic and community development nonprofit. In order to make Lake Tahoe truly inclusive and prosperous, we are working to establish attainable workforce housing, improve job and training opportunities, extend reliable and robust internet, and ensure a safe Basin equipped with fire safety cameras - all driven by locally focused, community indicators data. Our mission is uniting Tahoe’s communities to strengthen regional prosperity. Collaboration is the foundation of Tahoe Prosperity Center.

How your donation helps:

Your donation will go directly to our programs focusing on transforming Tahoe. Our Envision Tahoe program (above right), to improve economic resiliency has piloted a Spanish Entrepreneurship Workshop (above left) that we're hoping to expand in the new year. Our Alert Tahoe program successfully installed a new wildfire prevention camera in the Serene Lakes area this year (see the header image), and we're working on expanding that network in the new year, keeping our communities safe from wildfire due to the camera network’s early detection capabilities.
