TCF provides families the building blocks to develop their young children’s potential and future success through education and structured developmental play. TCF offers parent education and childhood development programs to the North Shore community in order to empower our community’s young families.

TCF programs emphasize social-emotional and cognitive development through teaching and modeling pro-social behavior, self-help, self-regulation, and interactive exploratory play. The focus is on respect through teaching self-worth, and the value of others as well as our environment. Enrichment opportunities for children such as music, yoga, art, and Spanish language are also offered. The support network, Gym and Wheel Room, and expertise that TCF provides are necessary services for our community.
