Tahoe Fund

The Tahoe Fund is the only nonprofit dedicated to funding environmental improvement projects in the Lake Tahoe Basin. Since 2010, the Tahoe Fund has built a portfolio of over 160 projects in the areas of forest health, lake clarity, sustainable recreation, stewardship, and transportation. 

Thanks to the generosity of our many donors, we have leveraged $25 million in private funding to secure more than $160 million in public funding for these projects. We have helped repair watersheds, remove aquatic invasive species, build new sections of bike paths and inspire greater stewardship of Tahoe.
